Brian S. Goldman, Esq. has been an attorney admitted to the New York State Bar since 1986; he also was admitted to the California State Bar in 1985. Brian S. Goldman, Esq. obtained his college degree from UCLA and his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law, located in Los Angeles, California.  Brian S. Goldman, Esq. is admitted to practice law before all of the Courts in the State of New York and California and is a member of the Federal Courts in both States, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.

Since co-founding Goldman & Maurer, LLP  in 1986, Brian S. Goldman, Esq., has concentrated his efforts and devoted a substantial amount of his time and energy in representing those individuals who have sustained serious and permanent personal injuries as a result of the negligence of others.  These matters involved motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, workplace injuries and injuries resulting from defective products.  For well over 36 years, Brian S. Goldman, Esq. as obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients.
